Tamaki Brinkworth is an Associate in the Cayman Islands Corporate practice.
Tamaki assists in a broad range of corporate regulatory and commercial matters involving companies in the Cayman Islands, with particular emphasis advising international insurance institutions, captive insurers and commercial (re)insurers on all aspects of insurance and reinsurance law and regulation in the Cayman Islands.
In addition to his corporate and commercial work, Tamaki has extensive experience in insurance defence advising insurers across a wide range of litigated, non-litigated and regulatory matters, as well as advising insurers on subrogation, policy coverage indemnity issues.
