Daire O’Herlihy is an Associate in the Litigation and Restructuring practice in Conyers’ British Virgin Islands office.
Daire has significant experience acting for institutional lenders, state bodies, and property developers. Daire has managed complex company and insolvency disputes from the injunctive stage through to trial and appeal. His broad practice has also included a wide array of property disputes, tax appeals, regulatory investigations, debt enforcement and challenges against public bodies.
Outside of litigation, Daire has assisted companies with their transactions and provided non-contentious advice in the areas of litigation, environmental, and health & safety law.
Prior to joining Conyers, Daire worked in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of a leading Irish firm, where he led on a number of high-profile and novel disputes.
