概述

Wing Yan Leung is the Head of Conyers Corporate Services (“CCS”) team in Hong Kong. She joined Conyers Hong Kong in 2008 and has over 12 years of experience in providing corporate services. She qualified as a company secretary in 2013.

Ms. Leung has extensive knowledge of the establishment of entities for IPO transactions, funds, partnerships and principal share registrar services for listed companies. She works closely with Conyers’ legal team and CCS teams in other offices to provide clients with a comprehensive range of corporate, secretarial and administrative services and ensure that our corporate services fully comply with the relevant regulatory standards in various jurisdictions.
