André Sheckleford is an Associate in the British Virgin Islands Litigation and Restructuring practice. His practice covers a broad range of commercial disputes including shareholder disputes, contractual claims, trust litigation and applications for injunctive relief.
André’s experience involves advising clients on complex aspects of commercial litigation, as well as making submissions to various tribunals, whether at first instance, the Court of Appeal or the Privy Council. André has also made submissions to the Caribbean Court of Justice and the Court of Arbitration for Sports.
André is also a regular contributor to academic publications on matters concerning data privacy and international economic law, including the Journal of international Data Privacy Law, as well as a text chapter on the main customs union in the Caribbean region for the University of the West Indies Faculty of Law.
