LeRon Hunte-St.Rose is an Associate in the British Virgin Islands Corporate practice.
LeRon advises on a wide range of corporate transactions involving BVI entities. He acts for sponsors, investment managers, lenders and other financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, investments and financings. He also advises on corporate restructurings, shareholder arrangements and general company law and governance matters.
LeRon also has experience in the underwriting of warranty and indemnity insurance in connection with cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Conyers, LeRon worked in the corporate practice of a leading London firm.
