A settlement was achieved a settlement through strategic correspondence.
  • Acting for a minority shareholder and sole executive director in an oppressions action in circumstances where the other directors and shareholders passed several resolutions with the aim of excluding the client from the business and certain financial benefits as the company, which was a special purpose vehicle, was nearing the end of its lifespan.
